People want to see what gets them into a trade, and what gets them out! + that they bet with with the right size, that leaves them money for the next trade.
hi stu..brian here..it strikes me reading some of the replies that people [myself included]are possibly looking for a systamatic approach to entering a trade i.e. asystem to indicate the proper order to enter and to then pull the trigger
Two points that was goos to hear:
- Trading has a lot to do with you as a person (not just rules and methods)
- Be patient and learn (everyone just wants to get to the core – the trading itself)
Everyone here seems to have the right attitude and mindset
about trading. Alot of good advice.
Video 2 comments. Having read again all the posts the common theme seems to be patience. Understanding of the charts is essential, find the right chart understand it and there are profits to be made, you just have to be patient until you find the right chart and not force a trade out of a chart in desperation to trade. Losses are inevitable and have to be accepted as part of the learning process and the “game” of trading. Everyones personality will play its own part differently and you have to take that into account for your own trading. I guess to some extent you have to detach yourself from the emotional side of things as emotions get in the way.
hi Stu
having read the comments it seems to me we are all lacking in understanding the reasons we are in the trade and not achieving the desired goal. I think the techniques we learn have to be applied on the right trade and understanding the tools do not work on all trades. I personally see a trade that I got into and later on after the trade has been and gone scratch my head to understand why I got into that in the first place. Also getting out too early on winning trades really does bother me more so than the losses.
